Your Daily Drop ("we," "us," or "our") operates a personalized daily SMS service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. As you customize your daily text, we also store the content you provide — including workout, meal, and running plans, podcast preferences, personal messages, birthday reminders for your contacts, goal events, and encourage list names. This information is used solely to personalize and deliver your morning text.
We use your information solely to send your personalized daily SMS and to display your saved settings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, who processes your phone number to route messages.
By creating an account, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Your Daily Drop at the phone number you provide. Message frequency is once per day. Message and data rates may apply. You can pause delivery at any time from your account settings, or opt out by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Replying STOP pauses your messages but does not delete your account or data.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
